    Individual therapy in which the client engages in a one on one treatment with the licensed mental health professional. The goal is to help people understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors then take steps to make changes and growth.  The therapist will encourage the client to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences and better help them understand it’s impact on our life. Individual counseling allows the therapist to tailor their therapeutic intervention to the client’s specific needs.   • Couples Counseling

    Couple’s counseling is a form of psychotherapy which a licensed therapist helps intimate partners identify and address issues within their relationship, aiming to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their bond by working together during sessions. Goals of couple’s therapy is to enhance communication skills, resolve conflict, work to build trust or intimacy, and lastly decide what goals each individual want for their relationship.
